Virtual Early Bird Registration for high schoolers now underway at Lewis and Clark

GODFREY Early Bird Registration for high school seniors is now underway at Lewis and Clark Community College in a virtual format.
“For our district seniors, graduation is just around the corner, and Lewis and Clark wants to help make the transition to college as smooth as possible,” said Assistant Director of Admissions, Records and Recruitment Ryan Hodge.
Seniors taking advantage of this opportunity will be able to choose their courses and create their ideal class schedules for Summer 2021 and/or Fall 2021, in some cases before or just as open registration for fall begins March 15.

Gervais Nindjin Ayres, 24, is missing from the Laurel area, police reported Friday, Feb. 26. He was last seen on Burning Springs Road and was wearing a blue sweatshirt with blue jeans and black Adidas sneakers. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 200 pounds with dark curly hair. Thomas Conrad Delisa, 37, of Ijamsville, disappeared around 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12. WHITE HALL Gas prices are keeping North Greene schools closed for the rest of the week.
North Greene Unit District No. 3 made the decision after White Hall’s utility department told district officials that heating the school buildings through the week would cost $100,000 a day.
Schools now are set to reopen Monday.
Auburn Community Unit District No. 10 schools also will be closed until Monday because of high gas usage and prices. Darren Iozia
